Privacy Policy

Account & access info

• Your Discord user ID, used to tie a purchase or free key to your account.
• The key or redeem code issued to you, and its tier / expiry date.
• A device ID (HWID hash) representing the device your key is locked to — it cannot be reversed back into personal hardware info.

Basic usage info

• How many times your key has been used to run a script, and when it was last used.
• How many times you've reset your HWID, and when.
• Which game/script your key was used with.

We use this information strictly to operate the service fairly. Specifically, to:

• Confirm a key is valid and belongs to you.
• Enforce the one-device HWID lock so keys can't be freely shared or resold.
• Apply the correct tier, duration, and expiry to your access.
• Detect and act on abuse (shared keys, bot-farmed free keys, etc).
• Show you your own stats (executions, time left) when you ask for them in Discord.

• We don't collect your Roblox password, in-game chat logs, or anything typed inside Roblox itself.
• We don't sell or rent your data to advertisers or third parties.
• We don't track you across other websites.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run Tokyo Hub — a payment gateway to process QRIS payments, and cloud hosting/database providers to store keys and stats. These providers only see what's strictly necessary to do their job (e.g. the gateway sees your payment amount and order ID, not your Discord messages).

Key and usage records are kept for as long as your access is active, plus a short period after expiry for support and dispute purposes. You can request early deletion — see "Your Rights" below.

You can ask us, at any time via Discord, to:

• Tell you what data we hold tied to your Discord ID.
• Delete your usage history and key records, once your access has ended.
• Unlink a key from a device you no longer own.

Tokyo Hub follows Discord's own minimum age requirement. If you don't meet the minimum age to use Discord in your country, please don't use our service.

We may revise this policy as the service changes. Meaningful changes will be posted in our Discord server ahead of time.
